Assessment and Therapy Services

Online Therapy Services
Dr. Rebecca provides a wide range of evidence-based treatments as part of individual and family therapy services as well as parent / family education. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy services are used to address a wide range of common issues.
CBT is used to treat individuals with anxiety and depression. CBT is a time-limited, problem-focused and goal-oriented approach. Behavior Therapy seeks to identify behavior-change procedures to reduce or eliminate potentially harmful or unhealthy behaviors by assessing how the environment may have influenced those behaviors and using positive strategies to teach new healthy skills.
Dr. Rebecca specializes in the following areas:

* Anxiety
* Depression
* Fears & Phobias
* Noncompliance
* Oppositional Defiant Disorder
* School-Related Problem Behaviors
* Social Skills Challenges
* Sleep Issues
* Tic & Habit Disorders
* Toileting Issues
Assessment Services
* At this time all assessments are only provided outside of the U.S.A. Travel and accommodation fees will apply. However if multiple assessments (between 3-8 clients/students) are included (e.g., a school hires Dr. Rebecca to visit for a week to assess 4 students), then standard fees can be negotiated to reduce additional fees of airfare/accommodations.
* The ADHD and Psycho/Social Assessments can be completed without Dr. Rebecca being “in person” so long as the student’s school and caregivers consent to online interviews, emailing school records, and are willing to send video. Please contact Dr. Rebecca for more information on what this process would look like.
