Common Parent, Caregiver, or Teacher Concerns

Developmental

*  My child/student is not speaking as much or as often as other children his/her age.

* My child/student does not seem interested in interacting or playing with other children.

*  My child is not interested in typical or age appropriate toys or plays with toys in an unusual fashion.

 

Behavioral:

*  My child/student is always on the go! He/she has trouble paying attention, following my instructions and sitting still.

*  My child still wets the bed or does not use the outlet at school. Is this a problem?

*  My child/student cannot seem to control his/her anger.

*  My child/student seems to worry more than other children his/her age.

*  My child/student doesn't seems to enjoy hobbies or activities they used to and spends most their time alone.

Academics:

*  My child/student is not able to acquire passing grades and is falling behind but we are not sure why.

* My child/student is required to complete an assessment for potential placement in a new school but I’m not sure what this means.

​

Expats Concerns:

*  Our family just relocated and I am worried my child is having trouble adjusting
